Our Team
Ryan Grove
Ryan spent most of his life in Montana and Alaska before coming to Wyoming in 2020 to work as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant with the Sublette Country Rural Health District. He has a passion for public land and outdoor recreation and has been mountain biking for 10+ years. He is very excited to be living permanently in Sublette County and experience all the outdoor recreation that the surrounding area has to offer.
Paul Swenson
Paul has been a resident of Sublette County for 8 years. He considers Sublette County his home, where he’s from and is proud to be a resident. He’s an avid skier and mountain biker and relishes what Sublette County has to offer for these recreational opportunities. Not only does he appreciate these opportunities our county has to offer, he also has a passion to give those same experiences to his sons and other youth. He feels we are fortunate to have these resources and does not take any of it for granted. He wants to dedicate his time to ensure the next generations have the same opportunities we all do.
Monica Elliott
Jenna Harvey
Born and raised in Wyoming, Jenna has called the Winds her home range since 2020. An educator by profession, she has taught all ages from preschool to adult and partnered with nonprofits in several countries around the world. During the school year, you can find her teaching 2nd graders, but during the summer and on the weekends, you’re more likely to run into her in the mountains hiking, skiing, or backpacking the miles of trails just minutes from town. Jenna is passionate about the work STA is doing to provide opportunities for others to connect to this incredible place on the trails of Sublette County
Mike Stauthamer
Mike, originally from Denver, CO, arrived in Sublette County in 2013 after spending 5 years in Panama. He quickly adapted to a life of eating mangos and swinging in trees with monkeys to a life of shredding gnar in the winter and loam in the summer. You're also likely to catch him backpacking with his wife Michelle and pup Lilly. When not enjoying all that Pinedale and the surrounding area has to offer, he works as a Project Scientist/Manager for Stantec Consulting remediating soil and groundwater with the ferocity of a shrew.
Noah Chutz
Noah Chutz is a Physician Assistant and overall badass wannabe, spending as much time as he can on rivers, trails and mountains. His background is in forest science and natural resource management who shifted focus to practice rural Emergency Medicine and offer Addiction Treatment services to underserved communities. One priority with STA is to engage volunteers and rally community support around improving and expanding trail access to the lovely people of Sublette County. Want to go for a trail run? Hit him up! Say hi to him and his much cuter sidekick, Huckleberry, when you see them on the trails.
Trevor Ruser
Matt Gaffney
Matt's main priority is not hurting himself on his bike. His second priority is more flowy, buffed out single track in Sublette County. Originally from Northern California (don't judge) he spent four years in the U.S. Army falling out of airplanes and walking around in the dark. He found his way to the Equality State to attend law school at the University of Wyoming and has lived in Pinedale since 2010. He thinks everyone can benefit from being on the trail more and envisions the day when his backyard is a shred paradise.
